**Job Description: Male Senior HR Officer (Moderate Recruitment)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Recruitment and Sourcing**:
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- **Collaboration and Stakeholder Management**:
- Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders for interview scheduling and feedback.
- **Onboarding and Documentation**:
- Oversee the preparation of job offers, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, including introductions to team members and orientation.
- **Compliance and Reporting**:
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies during the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the recruitment database and HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to senior management.
- **Employee Retention**:
- Assist with retention strategies by monitoring employee satisfaction, conducting exit interviews, and recommending improvements to enhance the recruitment process and employee experience.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in a recruitment or HR role, with a focus on moderate to high-volume hiring.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., ATS, HRIS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Experience in recruiting for a variety of roles, from entry-level to senior positions.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment analytics.
