Our client is a leading Qatari Holding Group with diversified global business interests within the Hospitality, Real Estate, Industrial, Investment Management and Financial Services sectors. Our client now seeks to recruit an Office Manager to manage staff, develop policies and procedures, manage quality, performance management and monitor customer service standards.
**Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and managing an administrative team, this role is responsible for the following**:
- Management of staff, planning and evaluation of the administration department activities.
- Recruitment and selection of new staff through to orientation and training.
- Communicating job expectations to staff including planning, monitoring and appraising job results.
- Performance management of staff including coaching, counselling and disciplinary activities.
- Development, coordination and ensure compliance to systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards.
- Establish Strategic Goals by gathering of business, financial and operations information.
- Define objectives and identify and evaluate trends and options. Select actions and evaluate and monitor outcomes.
- Preparation of annual budget, scheduling of expenditures, analysis of variances, initiating of corrective actions and forecasting.
- Monitor and enforce the quality of customer service standards through the analysis and resolution of customer service issues and recommend system improvements.
- Ensures a safe and secure work environment for all staff.
**The attributes we seek for this role comprise**:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Management or similar discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role with strong proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- The strong communicator we seek will have a team orientation, possess a quality focus and have experience in the development of budgets and standards.
- Excellent bilingual language skills (English/Arabic) are essential.
- Experience in working across the Gulf Region is highly regarded.
