Educational Requirement : Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. **Experience in the HR field mandatory.**

### **Main Purpose of the Role**

### **Key Responsibilities**
- *HR Management:*
- Handle the HR department such as managing employee records, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- *Procurement Support:*
- Assist in the procurement process by liaising with vendors, obtaining quotes, comparing prices and quality of new suppliers, and finalizing goods.
- Arrange shipments and coordinate logistics activities.
- *Administrative Support:*
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
- Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations as required by management.
