The **Human Resource Administration (HRA) Manager** is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of human resource functions, including personnel administration, policy enforcement, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR records management. This role ensures HR practices align with the company's objectives, legal requirements, and industry standards. The HRA Manager also provides leadership to HR staff and partners with department heads to drive employee engagement and organizational growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- **Certifications**: HR certifications such as PHR (Professional in Human Resources), SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional), or equivalent (preferred).
- **Skills**:
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- Analytical skills to interpret HR data and metrics.
