**Key Responsibilities**
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with exceptional service.
- Sales and Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, ensuring timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with their objectives.
- Target Achievement: Consistently achieve sales targets and goals through proactive management of key accounts and identification of new business opportunities.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and key metrics, providing clear insights to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities within the territory, contributing to overall sales strategy and execution.
- Client Support: Address and resolve challenging client requests and issues promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Professional Development: Stay up to date with industry trends, market dynamics, and professional standards through continuous learning and participation in relevant activities.

**Qualifications**

**Education**:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Medicine, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, or a related field.

**Experience**:
Minimum of 3 years in account management or sales within the medical products industry, demonstrating a track record of achieving sales targets.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.

**Languages**:
Fluency in English and Arabic.

**Requirements**:
Valid Qatar driving license.
