**About the role**

As Program Officer, you will be responsible to manage Retail POS deployment, UAT testing, IT Asset Inventory and promotion activities in ERP. Additionally the role shall also support Business IT Change Manger in implementation of IT projects.

**Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Support QDF teams in handling first level of queries for all IT related issues
- Responsible for IT implementation of promotional activities in QDF including creation, updating, maintain & disable of all promotions and discounts.
- Provide accurate promotions related data including recharges to Finance, BI and Purchasing Team
- Accurately create, amend and maintain store assortments without having any negative impact to the store
- Responsible for on time deployment of Retail POS machines during new store openings and store renovations
- Maintain inventory of IT assets such as Barcode scanners, Printers, MPOS, EPOS, Self-Checkout kiosk etc.
- Prepare the user acceptance test plans, test data and test cases and ensure all the scenarios are working as expected.
- Assist QDF stakeholders in managing the ERP including assisting in updating data for Concessionaires
- Support Business IT Change manager in implementing new projects
- Co-ordinate with business users, suppliers and internal support teams for the successful delivery of projects
- Coordinate with bank personal regarding POS/ECR and card payment related issues
- Evaluate the high
- risk issues and concerns and escalate it to relevant stake holders
- Produce ad-hoc reports and dashboards as per the requirement of the HR and Business stakeholders

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

Skills and experience:

- In-depth knowledge and experience working on Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP and POS
- Experience in handling large database and Retail Item promotions
- Understanding of Bank POS and payment systems
- Good command of English language and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team-setting environment and manage workflow
- Travel Retail background with Proven experience of demonstrating flexibility to meet the changing demands of the business (preferred)
- Experience in transition/upgrades of ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Navision, and Oracle, SAP etc. (preferred)
- Experience in influencing stakeholders and working closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
