HR & Admin Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **HR Strategy & Operations**: Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals to support the plant and heavy equipment operations.
- **Recruitment & Talent Management**: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all levels of staff, from technical experts to senior leadership, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent for plant and machinery operations.
- **Employee Relations & Engagement**: Foster a positive work environment by handling employee grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting employee well-being.
- **Performance Management**: Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
- **Compliance & Labor Law**: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations, including health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
- **Training & Development**: Create and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career progression.
- **Policy Implementation**: Design and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks tailored to the sector.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage administrative functions, including office operations, facility management, and vendor relationships.
- **Payroll & Compensation**: Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and compensation structures, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- **HR Metrics & Reporting**: Provide regular reports on HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, recruitment success, and training outcomes.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification (CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- **Experience**: 7-10 years of HR management experience in GCC, preferably in the **plant, machinery and heavy equipment sectors**.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws in Qatar and the GCC region.
- Proven experience with performance management, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Expertise in managing HR processes in an industrial or construction environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
**Experience**:
- Human Resources Manament: 10 years (preferred)
