About the role
As a **Lead Business Analytics Officer**, you are responsible for building robust data-led business cases, evaluating enterprise level projects financial viability, future-proofing customer experience innovations based on the voice of the customer, and defining executive level reports.
This role will be critical in turning big data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make strategic business decisions and drive change in the customer experience division.
You will be leading the discovery processes with stakeholders to identify business requirements and expected outcomes by modelling complex problems, discovering insights and identifying opportunities through the use of statistical, algorithmic, mining and visualisation techniques
You will be required to craft strategic frameworks and engaging narratives with quantitative and qualitative data.
You will be responsible to design and lead initiatives including research and diagnostics to improve the customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- Bachelor's level with minimum 4 years of job-related experience required or High School/Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 5 years of job-related experience.
It is essential to have
- Minimum of 6 years relevant experience is preferred
- Experience in primary market research and qualitative and quantitative analysis roles
- Experience handling reporting and analysis of complex customer and/or commercial data.
- In depth understanding of current market conditions including competition landscape.
- Expert skills with Microsoft Excel.
- Specialist skills in different analytical and visualization systems and tools such as SAS, SQL, Power BI, SAP BOBJ.
- Skills in data extraction, transformation and visual analytics
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
