**Great Hill Solutions **is seeking a **Data Administrator** I to support our DOS contract CONUS and abroad.
This position will be a TDY position for 3-6months+ to Philippines/Germany/Albania/Site TBD or so before becoming permanent onsite
**Roles and Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
- Enter critical confidential information into the System Database
- Perform quality control checks and data reconciliations to ensure data accuracy in the System Database
- Communicate effectively in high-pressure scenarios with both American and Afghan citizens
**Basic Requirements**:
- United States citizenship with Active Secret Security Clearance or higher
- Current US passport, not expiring in the next 6 months
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 - 10 years of call center/case management experience
- 5 - 10 years of data administration
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Communicate effectively in high-pressure environments.
- Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and a high level of confidentiality.
**Preferred**:
- Ability to speak fluently in Dari, Urdu, Pashto
- Experience handling highly confidential information.
