**Responsibilities**:

- **HR Data Management**:

- Manage and maintain employee data and records in the HR information system (HRIS).
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data through regular audits and updates.
- **System Administration**:

- Administer HRIS and other HR-related systems, including user access, permissions, and configurations.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to users.
- **Reporting and Analytics**:

- Generate HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on HR data analysis.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement enhancements.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies.
- Monitor system security and access controls to safeguard sensitive HR information.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR data management and system administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR management, information technology, or related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- NOC Must have to change.

**Salary**:
