Senior Contracts Administrator

Job Overview:
The Senior Contract Administrator will play a key role in managing and administering contracts for mega roads and infrastructure projects, ensuring the company’s interests are safeguarded throughout the contract lifecycle. This position involves close collaboration with the Contracts Manager and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality contractual support and ensure compliance with company policies and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the administration of the Main Contract and Subcontracts, ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare and review subcontract agreements in line with the company’s standard templates and project requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims, including drafting supporting documentation and correspondence.
- Draft and review contractual letters, notices, and other communications in line with contractual obligations.
- Maintain organized records of all contract-related correspondence, documentation, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of contractual matters.
- Ensure all deliverables required under the contract are prepared and submitted accurately and on time.
- Monitor the project risk register, implement effective risk control measures, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in contracts management, with a proven track record on large-scale construction sites.
- Experience with roads and infrastructure projects is an advantage.
- Experience working with Public Works Authority (PWA/Ashghal) is a distinct advantage.
- Strong English communication skills are mandatory, with Arabic language considered a plus.
- Experience in teamwork and collaboration within dynamic project environments.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current contract legislation and practices.
- Excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must have valid QID and NOC.
