Hiring for Senior Contracts Administrator
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administration of the Main Contract and Major Subcontract Agreements.
- Draft Subcontract Agreement, in compliance with the Company’s Standard Templates
- Exposure to Claims preparation and assessment processes.
- Drafting of contractual correspondences.
- Manage record-keeping for all contract-related correspondence and documentation.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure that all deliverables required under the contract are adequately submitted in a timely manner.
- Initiate reviews, amendments, and addenda as and when required.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ensure efficient coordination and communication with all stakeholders.
- Observe the project risk register and implement efficient risk controls measures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of contracts systems, processes, and practices.
**Education and Qualifications**
- Minimum of **7 - 10 years’ experience** **in contracts management of multi-function mega projects.**:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering field.
- **Commercial experience** is an advantage.
- **Roads and Infrastructure** experience is an advantage.
- Strong English communication skills is mandatory.
- Experience with **Government entities** in the State of Qatar is an advantage.
- Experience of working in teamwork environment
- Keeps up to date with **current contract legislation**.
