To understand the business dynamics and advise the company on the changes required and implementation procedures to have a more robust system in the areas of Finance, Budgeting, Trade & Logistics, Human Resources Management & Payroll, Sales & Marketing, Material Management, Costing, User Roles, etc.
- Ensures that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done, from a reliable laptop and access for workers, to up-close coordination with other departments like HR or finance so data is secure.
- Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations.
- Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
- Upgrade the current version of ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to the latest stabilized version, with minimum cost and involvement from external agencies.
- Develop the customizations and reports in D365 Finance & Operations to meet the company requirements.
- To provide the periodic training to the end users and develop SOP and user manuals.
- To analyze and resolve system related issues raised by the end users on a day-to-day basis.
- Update and manage ERP system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
- Managing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) infrastructure such as ERP Servers, Services, User access rights etc. and to ensure ERP is up to date.
- Managing ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365) operations to ensure smooth user experience (performance), conduct user trainings and customized ERP where required and provide support to end users.
- Maintain the cloud hosted development environments and customize the ERP where required and provide support to end users.
- Maintain the legacy ERP (MS Dynamics AX) and extract the data from Legacy ERP solution ( Dynamics AX ) on need to have basis.
- Develop, modify and up-grade the ERP solutions through different technologies like X++, SSRS Reporting, SQL, Microsoft Power Platforms etc.
- Management Reporting Solutions, to provide management with reporting solutions through different technologies like BI, Management reporter, Dashboards portals etc.
- Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees on both software and hardware, troubleshoot, and provide technical support when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR10,000.00 - QAR13,000.00 per month
