We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced HR & Admin Officer for one of leading group in Qatar.

**Responsibilities**:
**_ Office Administration & General Services_**
- Coordinate activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
- Supervise operations and members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance
- Following up and managing the PRO activities and schedules
- Providing administrative and electronic support to the PRO for the concerns relating to the local government authorities
- Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for employees and management
- Support book keeping and budgeting procedures for the company
- Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data
- Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
- Apply, renew and track the employee documents including the Passport, QID, Visas, Change of Sponsorships, Health cards and updating the documents as and when required.
- Drafting Correspondence, preparing payment requests and track for the execution cycle by following up with the sister departments and obtain the required approvals.
- Updating, renewing and dispatching the employees’ personal and official documents in confidence.
- Supporting and coordinating for the handing over and clearance of the employees.
- Submit reports and follow ups tacks.
- Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

**Accommodation**
- **Work closely with Camp Boss and visit the camp as and when necessary (at least once a week on unexpectedly basis)**:

- Receive daily reports (absences, sick & other related issues) from camp boss and send to HR Manager for actions.
- Maintaining the staff allocation accommodation and material issue and re-issue data.
- Prepare monthly report for available bedding items and needed items to be purchased to cover the new joining employees.
- Make sure the Health and Safety of the staff accommodation is up to standard.
- Make sure the staff accommodations including camps are clean and hygienic all the time.

**Requirements**:

- Time management and multi-tasking skills.
- Maintaining files & Documentation of soft copies.
- Flexible and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to prioritize work and assignments effectively.
- Excellent Arabic and English communication skills-both spoken and written. Hindi & Urdu Spoken.
- Advance Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ERP etc.
- Knowledge in using HRIS/HRMS Software would be an advantage
- Qatar Driving License
- 4 to 5 years Qatar experience
