Doha, Qatar Facilties Management Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare all tender documentation
- Create new opportunities for the business development team
- Identify the needs of opportunities in passive pipeline and help move them to active
- Execute the sales methodology on all proposals & lead interactions
- Organize and execute in person sales visits to potential clients
- Utilizing effective communication tools with our brand strategy and sales methodology
- Promote an operating culture to create exceptional value to the customers through quality and efficient service delivery
- Execute the required strategic initiatives as required

**Requirements**:

- The position is open for all nationalities
- English is a must
- driving license preferre
- Bachelor's degree preferred,
- 3+ years in sales industry preferred
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High level of responsibility and accountability for tasks
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to multi-task
- Great time management skills
- Ability to prepare and interpret project tender documentation
- Excellent computer skills.
- Good interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate at all levels with strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
