Executive - Business Development

**Duties/Responsibilities**
- Lead & create a sales team, monitor achievement of sales target, and evaluate performance.
- Assist with the development of sales presentations and proposals.
- Co-ordinate sales action plans and collaboration with other departments within organization.
- Investigate lost sales and discuss it with the Managing Partner.
- Track sales figures monthly.
- Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
- Generate timely sales reports.
- Develop pricing schedules and rates & negotiate with partners & principals.
- Formulate sales policies and procedures related to Sales & Marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis.
- Analyze data to identify sales opportunities.
- Scan market identifying & developing clients as well as decision makers, consultants & Contractors.
- Identify partnership opportunities and participate in the definition of partnership agreements.
- Coordinate with existing partnerships to provide administrative support for smooth operation and completion of the contracts.
- Preparing estimates and quotations, and handling inquiries and tenders.
- Responsible for site & customer visits and subcontractors to ensure the smooth running of work.
- Obtaining information about competitors’ services and prices.
- Attending and solving customer complaints.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Master's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Managment: 1 year (preferred)
