This full-time, on-site role as a Kitchen Manager is located in Doha, Qatar. You will oversee a team of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards in a clean, safe, and efficient manner. Your responsibilities may include managing inventory, purchasing supplies, and training and scheduling staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining sanitation and safety standards in compliance with local and international laws and regulations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- In-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations, including HACCP standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inventory, purchasing, and scheduling
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience with budgeting and cost control is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or higher in hospitality management or a related field is plus.
