**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Tasks**:

- **Office Management**: Ensure smooth daily office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and maintaining office facilities.
- **Scheduling**: Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for team members and managers.
- **Data Entry**: Maintain and update databases, records, and files as required.

**Document Control**:

- **Document Filing**: Ensure proper filing and categorization of documents, including contracts, reports, and other important materials.
- **Document Retrieval**: Organize and retrieve documents in both electronic and hard copy formats, ensuring easy access when needed.
- **Version Control**: Track document revisions and maintain proper records of document versions.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with organizational document management procedures and best practices.
- **Document Distribution**: Distribute documents to the relevant departments, team members, and stakeholders as necessary.
- **Record Management**: Regularly review and archive outdated or expired documents in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- **Support Teams**: Provide administrative and document support to various teams as needed.
- **Report Preparation**: Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as required.
- **Database Management**: Maintain databases related to documents, including contracts, project files, and other records.
- **Compliance with Policies**: Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulations regarding document management.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or any related field.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in administration and document control.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
