Hiring **“Secretary & Document Controller”** for our reputed Holding group based company

Vertical: MEP

**Qualifications, Mandatory to have the below**:
1. Should possess minimum 1-2 Years of experience as Secretary including Document Controlling.

2. Must have extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures and record keeping systems.

3. Holding good experience in document controlling.

4. Should be proficient in Microsoft Office suite or similar software with the ability to learn.

5. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Must be Locally available in QATAR with valid Qatar ID
- Provides high level administrative support and assistance to the manager & other assigned leadership staff
- Arrange, coordinate, schedule meetings and prepare meeting documents.
- Receives incoming communications or memos on behalf of the company, reviews contents, determines importance and summarizes and/ or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Responsible for all issues and services related to the document control and Projects Document Management.
- Electronic scanning of documents for distribution as PDF digital copies to designated recipients and uploading to company server
- Maintaining a hard copy reference library of all documentation which ensures quick and easy retrieval of information.
- Circulating project documents for review, information or approval.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
