Homecare and Administration Manager

Management responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling and supervising the group home staff.
- Ensuring that the home is safe for patients by performing inspections of the home environment
- Coordinating with other healthcare professionals such as nurses, social workers, and occupational therapists to ensure that patients receive appropriate care
- Consulting with patients regarding their healthcare needs and available services in order to develop a care plan that meets their specific requirements
- Scheduling home visits to assess patient needs, identify concerns, and develop a care plan with the patient and his or her family members
- Overseeing care provided by nurses, therapists, aides, and other medical professionals who provide direct care to patients in their homes
- Determining how much assistance is needed based on the patient’s condition and ability to live independently in the home environment
- Coordinating with families to ensure that they are prepared to provide care for their loved ones at home
- Providing training to family members who will be providing care at home
- Establishing goals for patients and monitoring their progress toward achieving those goals
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Management: 2 years (preferred)
**Language**:
- arabic, english (preferred)
License/Certification:
- qchp license (preferred)
