About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Officer to join our team at SANAD Insurance Brokers. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to senior management and staff members, ensuring seamless coordination of office operations and services.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, supporting payroll administration activities and budget monitoring.
  2. Coordinate employee training and development activities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  3. Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any issues or concerns.
  4. Develop and maintain efficient filing systems for both electronic and physical records, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and security of company documents.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with accounting and procurement exposure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in using office software and applications.
