Job Description

- Oversee the administrative functions of Artan Holding's school, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the school's administration, including reception, admissions, examinations, marketing and communications, medical facilities.
  • Provide high-quality support to senior leaders by producing accurate and concise information to inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Liaise with the Health and Safety Committee to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders.
  • Maintain student data and records, and oversee the production of school reports and transcripts.
  • Support the Head of Corporate Services in preparing the annual SEC tuition fee application and maintaining the SEC database.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of secretarial or commercial work experience.
  • Diploma in Business Studies, Administration or Management is essential. Preferably a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies, Administration or Management; ICDL.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan and organize, with effective time management and task prioritization skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suites, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
