Head of The Administrative Affairs Department

**Responsibilities**:
- Guiding the organization’s activities
- Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
- Preparing and reviewing operational reports
- Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
- Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
- Hiring and training administrative staff
- Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
- Creating personnel folders for new hires
- Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
- Overseeing department budget planning and development
- Managing and maintaining all department databases
- Performing clerical accounting and general office duties as needed
- Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields
- More than 5 years experiences in **Admin Management of school or university**
- Time management skills
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Decision-making skills
- Excellent communication (oral & verbal) and presentation skills
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (required)
**Experience**:
- Administrative Management of school or university: 5 years (required)
**Language**:
- English/Arabic/Malay (required)
