Customer Care Team Leader
**Responsibilities**:
1.All customer service representatives must provide friendly, confident and efficient service to all customers.
1. Answer Telephone Calls and E-Mail Promptly.
2.Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to Provide service to a variety of customers across the globe.
3.Update company policy documentation in English as needed.
4.Document all the client interactions into the Company Database.
5.If the answer is not within your department inquire about the solutions from the respective departments, and provide customers with a timely and effective response.
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
