Customer Care Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Document and escalate customer issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
**Qualifications & Requirements**:
- Experience in customer service, handling live chat and phone calls.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving and complaint-resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be currently in Qatar and willing to relocate if needed.
- Must have a valid QID and be able to join immediately.
