Business Associate/ Administrator

**Job Summary**:
The Business Administrator will play a pivotal role in supporting the company’s administration, business development efforts, business analysis, and ensuring timely regulatory follow-ups. The individual will collaborate with various teams to enhance operational efficiency and contribute to achieving business objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Administrative Support**:
- Oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage correspondence, scheduling, and documentation efficiently.
- Maintain records and organize company files for easy access.
- **Business Development**:
- Assist in identifying and exploring potential business opportunities.
- Support the preparation of presentations and proposals for clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align business growth strategies.
- **Business Analysis**:
- Gather and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Assist in creating strategic plans based on analytical insights.
- **Regulatory Follow-ups**:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies for updates and timely submissions.
- Keep track of deadlines for licenses, permits, and other legal requirements
**Technical Proficiency**:
- Strong command of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Familiarity with other office software and tools.
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:
- 1-3 years of experience in administration, business support, or a similar role
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
