Role:
Your role as a Cle D'or Business Development Associate is self-paced and self-monitored role. Our expectation from you is to bring in new customers to use our services and hire us for their next project. You can use any any methods you would like as long as it aligns with vision and company's standards. Follow up with your clients until the contract is signed.

**Responsibilities**:

- Become an expert in our service offerings and serve as a go-to source for clients who want more information concerning our services.
- Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with clients to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Discover customers’ needs and offer solutions to them through the company’s services or products.
- Research sales statistics and establish sales potential with new businesses in our target area.
- Determine new ways to make products appealing by observing the environment and current trends.

**Requirements**:

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- knowledge in the interior design industry is preferred
- Have a go getter mentality
