Learning & Development

Develop, implement, and oversee learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals. Design and deliver engaging training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees. Collaborate with department heads and HR to assess training needs and implement effective learning solutions. Utilize various instructional design methods to create impactful and results-oriented training content. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and key performance indicators. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development.

Quality Management:
Implement and manage quality control processes and procedures across the organization. Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions. Analyze quality data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for enhancement. Lead initiatives to enhance overall product/service quality and customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality processes and standards.
