**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Partner Engagement Manager (PEM) to support our EMEA region. The PEM will play a critical role in driving partner sales and strengthening relationships with key partners. You will be responsible for identifying and executing strategies to maximize revenue through channel partners while ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives. This position will be remote and can be based out of the London area or Doha, Qatar. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is required.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate closely with partners to understand their business needs and align them with our products and solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and partners in the EMEA region.
- Prequalify prospects and book discovery meetings for the Account Executive.
- Document all activities in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Provide product training sessions, workshops, webinars, and resources to enhance partner sales capabilities.
- Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth within the partner ecosystem.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of partner programs and initiatives.
- Assist in advancing the current pipeline; identify next steps for open deals and coordinate with CYPHER’s team to move opportunities to closed deals.
- Conduct weekly meetings with partners to discuss product upgrades, news, and deal progression.
- Leverage Allbound software to build a Partner portal for full access and transparency.
- Provide regular reporting on partner engagement, sales performance, and market trends.
- Conduct weekly meetings with CYPHER’s team to discuss wins, losses and to develop and execute strategic plans for partner engagement and sales in the EMEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Conduct regular analysis to identify priority areas for improvement; collect all feedback and translate it into actionable enhancements.

**Your Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience in partner management, sales, or business development within B2B software/SaaS; experience in the e-learning industry preferred.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both verbal and written (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market and cultural distinctions.
- Strong business development skills with demonstrable success in qualifying, engaging and creating deals for partners.
- Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include cold calling, product demonstrations and pipeline tracking.
- Highly motivated individual with well-developed business acumen.
- Analytical mindset with great-problem-solving abilities; makes data-based decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to present to executive and technical audiences.
- Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome rejection to achieve results.
- Solid organizational skills with a keen ability to prospect and follow-up.
- Preference for a fast-paced, growth environment where everyone is expected to take on additional responsibilities and collaborate to hit company targets.
- A positive, can-do attitude. You’re not deterred by minor setbacks and are able to swiftly overcome ambiguity.
- Strong proficiency in Google Workspace programs, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as necessary.
