**Expectations & Responsibilities**:

- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors.
- Responsible for supervising the working area clean and tidy.
- Responsible for receiving phone calls/messages from clients.
- Responsible for inbound and outbound correspondences
- Responsible for recording information received from the client’s inquiries to the database and forwarding to the agents.
- Responsible managing the filing and data system, including information updates, clients and generates reports or outputs as needed.
- Responsible for the updating paperwork, editing, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Responsible for operating office equipment such as printers, copy machines, fax machines.
- Maintains department supplies and inventories. Tracks status, orders, purchases, and maintains or distributes supplies as needed.
- Responsible for organizing and takes minutes at meetings, and supports other department activities and functions.
- Responsible for posting property advertisement on Property Finder or another Online platform required. This includes photo resizing or editing, title and description.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Salary**: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
