**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical field
- Master’s degree is preferred

**Minimum Experience**:

- 10 years of experience in a similar role and industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
- Experience working in GCC

**Job-Specific Skills (Generic / Technical)**:

- Proficiency in English and Arabic
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Strong financial analysis skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: QAR27,000.00 - QAR32,000.00 per month
