Sales Account Manager

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Sales Account Management: Identification of new sales accounts in order to propose products and services based on our existing array or portfolio. This includes the maintenance, up-selling and cross-selling of our products and services to the existing sales accounts to ensure the repeat business and new business opportunities of our clients doesn’t spill over to the competitors.
- Efficient and Effective sustainability in customer rapport and relationships to understand the customer requirements, enabling them to understand the products/systems/services offered. Thus ensuring the offerings are aligned to the requirement aptly to result in positive customer experiences.
- Preparation, Maintenance and Utilization of Sales Plans, Sales Force Pipeline Supporting Reports, etc. to report and monitor the development of potential orders and acquiring of projects.
- Meeting prospective and potential clients based on products and services offered on a daily basis to add the sales opportunities and convert them into current and future orders.
- Product Management Activities: The appropriate sales and marketing activities for the products offered by ESS division to various sectors of the market to ensure the organic growth of the brand which has entrusted their growth as a brand in Qatar.
- Product Trainings: Introduction, White Paper Studies, Customer Experiences, Marketing Strategies, etc. of the brands represented by the company’s ESS Division to the target audiences. This is a repeated exercise to ensure the continuity in garnering the affiliation of the target audience to the brand.
- Roadshows/Showcases/Exhibitions: To represent the company on various sales, marketing and product awareness events to promote our capabilities and product array to ensure the presence of the company.
- Empowerment of internal and external sales channels to drive the business growth. The external sales channels include system integrators who depend on us to receive support and service of the products they procure from us.
- Crafting and formulating technology industry alliances to leverage and position the product management strategies
- Periodical communication on products and services to the target audiences for brand, product and services recall to stay relevant
- Consultation with Consultants, Technology Integrators and Resellers to increase acceptance and absorption of the products and services offered.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, or a related field.
- Sales and Key accounts experience minimum 05 years.
- Proven experience in sales account management, with a track record of managing key accounts successfully.
- Strong understanding of firefighting systems, technologies, and industry standards.
- Must have full experience/Portfolio of fire and safety solution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
