Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Account Manager to drive growth within our ELV, ICT, and Cyber Security services. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of ELV systems, ICT infrastructure, and cyber security solutions, as well as a strong background in sales within the IT system integration industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets within the ELV, ICT, and Cyber Security verticals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and building relationships with potential clients.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, understanding their needs, business goals, and challenges.
- Manage client expectations and deliver outstanding service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to design tailored solutions that align with client requirements.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and sales presentations to effectively communicate the benefits of our ELV, ICT, and Cyber Security offerings.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to close sales.
- Work closely with the project management, technical, and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Provide feedback to product teams regarding client needs and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts in CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management on key metrics, including revenue, pipeline, and client feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the ELV, ICT, and Cyber Security space.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within an IT system integration or related industry (experience in ELV, ICT, and Cyber Security is a plus).
*Strong knowledge of ELV systems, ICT solutions, and Cyber Security technologies.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
*Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
