- Monitor food stock levels and communicate with the kitchen manager to ensure timely ingredient procurement.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate records of inventory and usage to assist in managing costs.
- Follow proper cooking techniques and practices to uphold the highest quality standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen, including the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance culinary skills and stay updated with industry trends.
