**About the role**
Other operational duties would include:
- Contribute to the development and documentation of processes and procedures of On-boarding
- operations.
- Assist the On-boarding Manager for planning and managing labour approvals for on-boarding
- requirements and maintain necessary tracing system.
- Document and circulate regular team meeting minutes.
- Observe day to day operational challenges, recommend possible improvements.
- Initiate and support improvement to standard process.
- Contribute to discussion on any projects belongs to SNP/GEMS or any system development. etc.
- Work closely with e-recruitment team to ensure process and systems are aligned with day to day
- practices.
- Perform regular reports to provide necessary details to on-boarding team or any concern parties as and when required.
- document outstanding risks and escalate relevant problems
- Act as a link between On-boarding team and stakeholders to ensure consistent and smooth deliverables are met for different business of the organisation.
- Keep the On-boarding Management informed of ongoing operational issues/ risks and ensure all plans followed up regularly.
- Keep on-boarding team updated with new process, practices and regulations related to VIP On-boarding, Government Services & HR Employee services.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge in order to be an engaging brand ambassador.
- Act as replacement of On-boarding officers and manage a team.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR - Talent Acquisition Team.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience
- At least 2 years’ experience in QR Group Recruitment
- Experience working in an HR, recruitment, call centre or shared services environment
- Experience working in a multi-cultural environment
- Previous Middle East work experience in a large multi-national company
- Experience working with government/ immigration bureaucracies and processes
- Highly developed planning / organisational skills
- Focal point for the co-ordination of all recruitment related services - liaison between line management; division HR management and recruiters to ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to tactfully say no and direct queries to the appropriate source for timely resolution
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and SharePoint
- Demonstrated ability to adapt, multi-task, problem solve and maintain flexibility
- High level of discretion
- Consistently positive attitude
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring
- and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Strong verbal and written English
- Working knowledge of recruitment and on-boarding processes
- Demonstrable team-building skills
- Managerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
- Experience with an E- recruitment platform and/or HRMS system
- Experience in the Aviation or Travel industries
- Knowledge of Qatar government bureaucracies and immigration processes
