About your Job:
He/she is responsible for ensuring quality control throughout the lifecycle of all company IT hardware assets by developing and implementing appropriate procedures to track and manage them. The responsibilities involve the governance concerning the asset management tools applied in managing, monitoring, and reporting on IT assets and inventory.

In Addition, he/she will be also responsible to plan, implement, manage, administer and organize all types of TS infrastructure projects, from simple activities to more complex plans. Responsibilities include but not limited to working closely with TS Managers to prepare comprehensive project’s action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.
Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Hardware Asset Management:

- Establish and maintain documentation of procedures, SOP, processes and reports concerning Hardware asset.
- Perform research on industry best practice and incorporate it with organizational practices.
- Run practice IT Hardware assets audits to familiarise everyone with the process ahead of time and prepare and report results to executives and Audit Committees. These include Organization’s IT Hardware assets located in;
- Datacentres.
- Campus Offices.
- Develop, build & implement practices and tools to analyse data to improve audit efficiency and effectiveness, (including for risk assessments).

Project Management:

- Coordinate with various stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, timeframes, resources, procurement, action plans and budget.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports; Coordinate project calendar, assets, people and information.
- Support Structured Cabling (copper and Fiber) deployed across the Qatar Airways network.
- Liaise with external suppliers and internal teams involved in projects to meet the business requirements
- Ensure IT process and procedures are followed in line with all established corporate IT policies.

**Qualifications**:
About you:
Required:

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 4-5 years of job-relevant experience required in IT.
- Expert Level in MS Excel, ITILv3 Foundation
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner.
- Strong experience and deep understanding of Risk Management principles.
- Be available round the clock on-call support to ensure 24x7 smoot operations of IT systems.

Preferred:

- Degree in computer Engineering or Computer Science.
- Problem solving & investigation skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks concurrently with strong written and verbal communication and confident in communicating and reporting at senior management level.
- Prior position in IT Governance/IT Audit - internal audit or external audit firm.
- Recognized accounting/auditing/information system certifications (e.g. CPA, CISA, CIA,CISSP)
- CAPM/Prince2/6 Sigma
