About your Job:
Key accountabilities include:
- Ensure all established IT infrastructure library (ITIL) processes and procedures are implemented and adhered for standardized Services and support across IT platforms, to enhance and improve IT service provisions, stability and predictability.- Ensure preventive maintenance are conducted by the vendor at regular intervals- Can describe the working of computer networks and their interactions with networked devices.- Verify, configure and troubleshoot VLAN and inter-switch communications.- Execute IP addressing scheme and IP services to meet specific network requirements.- A proper understanding of routing and router operations on Cisco devices will make it easier to resolve issues.- Must be prepared with the countermeasures in case of any network security threats.- Implement all the appropriate tasks for wireless local area network (WLAN) administration.- Setting up WAN links and connect them with Wide Area Network (WAN). Coordinate with service provider for connectivity and testing.- Successfully conduct network and wireless site survey- Implement Network Address Translation (NAT) and Access Control Lists (ACLs) in office networks.- Configure, deploy, and support secure routers for safe network- Integrate software components and third-party programs- Analysing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications of an existing system.- Work with cross-functional teams to design new features and functionality- Support the 24x7 operations and provide technical support for the Network & Security Infrastructure by attending to the Incidents, problems as well as performing system administrative activities.- Provide root cause analysis report with permanent resolution/workaround for high severity incidents within defined SLA- Provide a second level of network support (specialized network support)- Perform network security monitoring and analysis- Perform periodic checks for network and network security updates- Recommend network upgrades and security improvements

Qualifications

About you:
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computers/ Communications/ Electronics- Minimum 5 to 7+ years of job-relevant experience required- Strong hands-on experience on enterprise network and security infrastructure- Preferably CCNA and CCNP certified- Knowledge of network architecture, VLAN, firewalls and load balancers.- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.- Strong troubleshooting skills- Knowledge of IT documentation- In depth hands-on experience of network infrastructure, router, switches, etc.
