**About the role**

The Technology Service Controller shall be responsible for analysis, design, implementation, administration, security, maintenance and support of various End User Technologies deployed in Qatar Airways group. Windows OS imaging & customization, L3 expert support; Design, Support & Administration of Software Centre Configuration Manager, MS Endpoint Manager, EDR & Antivirus design & architect., Application Packaging & Customization of 35,000 End points and more than 50,000 active and non-active users spread across the globe.

The TS Controller will have to identify the new technologies, innovations and understand Business. The Controller needs to guide in execution of Incident, Change, Release, Problem, Performance, and Availability Management. Support IT Security Team get more value from available tools like Nexthink monitoring, Defender, Intune, etc. to configure alerts & Integration of tools with Security Operation Centre to secure and arrest Cyber threat on timely basis. Engage in Cyber Investigation and threat hunting & remediations.

**Responsibilities**
- Function as team lead for Windows environment, have a sight on daily activities to set priorities, function as mentor, help with problem escalation, and communicate significant problems or issues to management.
- Create and maintain documentation on SOPs and System Design
- Research, evaluate, recommend and implement new End User Technologies
- Evaluate analyze New/Existing system requirements, to ensure necessary Cybersecurity standards are met Ensure overall system performance meets business expectations
- Design, development and maintenance of software packages (including PC and laptop builds) using SCCM, Mobile Iron, Intune, Microsoft App-v, Active Directory and Group Policies.
- As SCCM, Intune & MS Defender expert, responsible for designing large scale and complex SCCM, Intune & Endpoint Infrastructure.
- Maintain High Level Design and Documentation, manage solution implementation, design deliverables to budget and expected quality standards through transition and transformation.
- Own technical problems and work with various teams to resolution
- Lead and oversee operation, and maintenance of the global EDR platform for Endpoints and provide support response to other security teams in respect to the EDR platform
- Identify new opportunities for tools to incorporate into the EDR platform
- Experienced in Nexthink or equivalent Desktop Monitoring/Management tool to enhance User experience and pro-active remediation for common issues.
- With assistance of L3 Desktop Support Team, provide analysis for endpoints & collaborate with Network, Server Operation & IT Cyber Security to ensure secure environment.
- Strong experience with Windows OS advance troubleshooting, testing and analysis and standardization
- Windows Local & Group Policy advance troubleshooting experience
- Ensuring security compliance across the EUC estate
- Managing Mobile Device Management environment

**Qualifications**:
**About you**
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) / Bachelor's degree with Minimum 6 - 7 years of experience job-related experience
- System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
- Microsoft Technologies like Intune, Azure, Microsoft 365 Defender etc.
- Endpoint security (compliance, baselines, and policy)
- Microsoft BitLocker Monitoring and Administration
- PowerShell and scripting techniques

Preferred

CITRIX, VDI, AZURE

**Job Specific Skills**
- 6+ years of experience in System Support, Packaging and deployment working as an administrator.
- Good hands-on of Active Directory services
- Designing, deploying, and configuring Windows 10/11 (autopilot, Azure AD joined and Hybrid)
- Excellent knowledge of cyber security to meet compliance and threat protection
- Comprehensive understanding of PC hardware, software, operating systems, directory services, printing etc.
- Ability to identify Cyber Security Threat and Violations when they occur
- Curiosity, Proactive and strong attention to detail and very strong orientation towards customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with technical / non-technical personnel including senior management
