We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team at TS QATAR SYSTEMS AND COMMUNICATIONS.

About the Role:

The Business Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base by developing and executing sales strategies.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
  • Nurture existing relationships and build new ones to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the SME sector.
  • Generate leads through outbound activities, networking, and leveraging digital tools.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline by nurturing prospects and identifying key business needs.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably with SMEs.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
