**Duties and Responsbilities**

The **business development manager in charge of securing new contracts for our company**. Our company's main sector is facility management, building maintenance and construction contracting.

The ideal business development manager knows the players in the market, and has an understanding of the constructon market. If you are a fresh graduate or a senior business development manager, the goal is to close contracts.

**Job Summary**
- Develops a business development strategy focused on monetrary gain
- Arranges business development meetings with potential clients
- Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Idenitifies new and exisiting business opportunities.
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven working experience as a business development manager in the local market
- **Strong analytical and project management skills.**
- Excellent computer skills
- Market knowledge
- Solid communication Skills.
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills

As far as compensation is concerned, this depends on your background and the number of contracts you can bring in.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Managment: 5 years (preferred)
- Business Developments: 5 years (preferred)
