**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (e.g., education, business administration).
- A dynamic and social personality with a proactive role in supporting applicants, students and university staff.
- Must be locally available in Qatar and must have NOC.

**Experience**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience working in admissions or office administration is required.
- Experience of working in an educational or training environment is preferred.

**Job Profile**:

- Develop and implement admissions policies and procedures in alignment with university goals and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of admissions processes and policies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide training for admissions and records staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and support professional development opportunities for team members.
- Ensure the provision of excellent customer service to applicants, students, and university staff.
- Resolve complex inquiries and issues escalated by admissions staff, ensuring satisfactory outcomes.
- Oversee the input and maintenance of applicant and student data in the university’s student information system, virtual learning platforms, and other knowledge awarding bodies.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of student records, including enrolment, module registration, and updates to student information.
- Maintain effective communication and liaison with other university departments (e.g., finance, student affairs, marketing, and recruitment) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of student records.
- Foster strong relationships with academic departments to streamline admissions processes and address any departmental needs.
- Prepare and analyze reports to support admissions planning and decision-making.
- Utilize data analytics to identify trends, inform strategic planning, and improve the admissions process.
- Ensure compliance with university policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all admissions and records activities.
- Stay current with industry trends, university regulations, and best practices to continually enhance the admissions process.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the admissions team.
- Oversee the preparation and management of student-related documentation, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Lead initiatives to improve admissions and student records processes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders.
- Implement new technologies and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in admissions and records management.
- Develop and manage the admissions budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Identify potential risks in the admissions and records processes and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Address and resolve complex issues related to student admissions and records, ensuring adherence to policies and regulations.
- Provide excellent service to applicants, students, and staff.
- Input and maintain accurate applicant and student data in university systems (e.g., Pearson, Classe365, Canvas, Blackboard).
- Manage student enrolment, module registration, and record updates.
- Verify information for transcripts and graduation certificates.
- Follow university policies and contribute to process improvements.
- Ensure maintenance of up-to-date student records.
