**About the role**

Other operational duties would include:

- Deliver interview logistics, coordination and administrative support.
- Ensure that all the information is tracked and logged in the appropriate systems.
- Provide suggestion to resolve any system relative issues or concerns associated with Interview Logistics.
- Appropriately escalate questions and concerns to team leaders, managers and recruiters, if required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QR group interviews by making relevant suggestions and supporting the direction defined by the Interview Logistics Specialist.
- Ensure standard responses are given for the same question.
- Implement process improvement but in the same time make suggestions based on customer feedback
- Manage exceptional issues/situations, tracking the progress and liaising with relevant parties to normalize situations as efficiently as possible. Escalate issues as required.
- Establish good relationships with all the team members and offer support when necessary.
- Understand and support team objectives and priorities.
- Contribute to a positive and enthusiastic team environment.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new policies, processes, systems, practices and regulations related to Human Resources, Talent Acquisitions and any other relevant departments
- Ensure that all information and data systems used in daily operations are kept up to date consistently as per the specified templates and standards.
- At all times have a high respect for all cultures and show awareness for cultural variations in communication and interaction.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**

We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR - Talent Acquisition Team
- Diploma or Associate Degree or equivalent is required
- Hospitality, Events Management, other customer service industries or HR studies preferred
- minimum 4 years of job-related experience required
- Experience working in a high volume, high demand role
- Experience in a multi-cultural environment Preferred
- Experience in a large scale shared services, corporate environment or a high volume customer service environment
- Middle East work experience
- Experience in working on HR systems is preferred
- Experience managing own tasks, priorities and workload without heavy oversight
