**BACK OFFICE SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **VLOOKUP and File Mapping**:

- Proficient in Excel functions, including VLOOKUP.
- Ability to map and manage data from multiple files, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- **Sales Report Management**:

- Responsible for maintaining and managing updated sales reports.
- Ensuring data accuracy and timely submission of reports.
- **Activations**:

- Handle client or product activations as required, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- **Portal Management**:

- Capable of working with and managing two portals simultaneously.
- Monitor updates, issues, and support requirements on both platforms.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Experience with file mapping and data organization.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Previous experience in a back-office or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Residing in Qatar with valid QID
- Salary range Qr 3500-5000 depends on work experience
- Immediate joiner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
