- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- **Administrative Support**:
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- **Clerical Duties**:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases.
- **Customer Interaction**:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **Sales Support (if applicable)**:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and track sales leads.
- Prepare sales reports and presentations.
- Participate in sales meetings and provide support as needed.
- **Transportation (if applicable)**:
- Run office errands, including delivering documents and packages.
- Assist with transportation arrangements for company events or client meetings.
- **Qualifications**:_
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an administrative assistant or secretary will be a plus.
- Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- **Sales experience is a plus.**:
- **A valid driver’s license is a plus.**
