Your focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets, coupled with a deep understanding of the market dynamics, will contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with the hotel's business objectives.
- Provide visionary leadership to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and goal achievement.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify key opportunities and market trends.
- Stay abreast of the competitive landscape and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets through effective sales strategies and client engagement.
- Drive the development and execution of sales plans for different market segments.

- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.

- Work closely with revenue management and reservations teams to optimize room revenue.
