Invoicing Clerk Assistant Accountant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Generate and manage invoices for customers accurately and on time.
- Ensure proper verification of orders, pricing, and payment terms before invoicing.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
- Assist in data entry, reconciliation of accounts, and managing cash transactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure billing aligns with deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports as required.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for all financial records.
**Key Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in invoicing, billing, or accounting with qualifications.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, Focus) and MS Office (Excel).
- Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work early mornings and late evenings.
