About Role:
As a Manager - Leadership Development, you will be responsible for the planning, design and delivery of the learning and development activities across QAS which focuses on developing QAS Leaders. The role will work across a number of stakeholders to identify areas in which leadership performance and team dynamics can be enhanced. This involves gathering and reviewing relevant information about performance, selection and assessment frameworks to build future leaders for QAS.

Accountabilities:
The role will have prominent following responsibilities but will not be limited:

- To create and implement a solid QAS leadership evaluation framework to uplift leadership capability by identifying development areas and to support leaders in achieving their full potential in line with organizational objectives.
- Developing and implementing a Talent Management Programme to identify growing talent, career paths and succession planning.
- To contribute to the business as a whole in identifying process improvements, improvements in policies and procedures and any other service innovation changes that would improve the client experience.
- Plan and deliver leadership development activities which incorporate a variety of learning methodologies to ensure managers are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to embed a high-performance culture across QAS.
- Improving understanding of leadership behaviours across QAS by designing and providing a continuous assessments and support in ensuring that managers demonstrate the desired behaviours consistently in line with corporate group values.
- Working with QAS Leaders for improvement of the leadership style by leading change managements initiatives and prioritizing actions based on QAS goals.
- Leading the development of all soft skills training including career development activities to support QAS Management and training programme across QAS with the strategic use of external partners where appropriate, along with QAS Quality, Safety & Training team.
- Createing, maintaining and ensuring quality assurance of key talent development data sets, reports and metrics.
- Create training programmes, modules and assessment criteria’s that are designed to effectively engage employees and the Management.
- Assisting SVP QAS to shape and amend leadership strategy to meet dynamic business needs.
- Regularly evaluate the department or teams objectives, plans, procedures and practices and makes appropriate changes if needed.
- Oversee and supervise employees, direct daily activities, recruit, train, develop and discipline to ensure a high standard of service delivery.

**Qualifications**:
**About You**:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent with Minimum 8 years of job-related experience- Experience desired in one or more of the following disciplines: Leadership Development,Coaching and Mentoring, Delivering engaging leadership training programs.- Experience with an international airline or a global aviation company.- Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business in particular with managers and senior leaders.- Ability to analyse data at the highest level and predict future talent outcomes.- Ability to analyse, train and develop suboordinate’s skills and foster teamwork.- Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow with strong mentoring and coaching skills.
