**Job Summary**: Al Rawabi Group of Companies, a leader in **wholesale, retail, and distribution**, is seeking a skilled **Corporate Sales Executive** to drive government-sector growth by securing high-value tenders. This role involves identifying strategic opportunities, navigating government procurement processes, and establishing strong relationships to support our expansion in wholesale and distribution channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Tender Acquisition**: Identify and secure **tender opportunities** in government sectors, focusing on expanding Al Rawabi's reach in wholesale and distribution.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and sustain relationships with **key government stakeholders**, establishing Al Rawabi as a trusted partner for quality products and services.
- **Proposal & Bid Development**: Coordinate with internal teams to develop competitive **tender proposals** and ensure compliance with government procurement standards.
- **Market Analysis & Strategy**: Conduct market and competitor analysis to optimize Al Rawabi’s positioning and inform **tender strategies** in wholesale and retail distribution.
- **Sales Targets & Revenue Goals**: Achieve and exceed **sales targets** by acquiring new government clients and expanding existing contracts in wholesale distribution.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with government agencies to secure contracts with favorable terms, meeting Al Rawabi’s strategic objectives.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain thorough records of all tender processes, track outcomes, and prepare **performance reports** for management review.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in **corporate sales** focused on **government tenders** within wholesale or distribution sectors.
- Familiarity with government procurement standards and regulations.
- Strong **negotiation**, **relationship management**, and **communication** skills.
- Proficiency in **CRM tools** and **Microsoft Office Suite**.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of wholesale and distribution dynamics in relevant product categories.
- Ability to manage complex, multi-stage sales processes.
- Experience analyzing data to drive **strategic sales decisions** and business development.
