**About the role**
We are hiring for your skills to establish & maintain confidential filling system, categorize & maintain manuals, sensitive correspondence and other source material. Manages tasks within the File Room by coordinating and supervising supporting staff and liaising with various senior / executives within QR Group. Administer and support e-Doc System and ensure employee files are promptly scanned / archived in e-Doc system in order to have an updated and orderly e-filing system for documents storage and retrieval at all times.
Other operational duties would include:
- Supervision / overall in charge of Filing the Section (E- Docs scanning, Paper based Staff Files, etc).
- Read, understand documents, accurately classify and scan documents in to specific folders in E- Docs system pertaining to employees for quick and easy retrieval.
- Implement changes, development of new ideas to improve the existing system.
- Ensure Interface to get the master data from HRMS to eDocs system.
- Ensure to delete inactive users from HR eDocs role permission matrix.
- Ensure compliance with systems and processes to create effective and efficient environment to manage the support functions in line with HR objectives and goals.
- Develop and facilitate eDocs system training to HR business partners.
- Troubleshooting - Daily eDocs / Kofax user issues.
- Contact UAT on the solutions provided by eDocs technical team before it applied to production environment.
- Generation of Monthly eDocs Audit report.

**About You**
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional to join the HR Systems & Administration Team.
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience
Essential
- Experienced - minimum 2 years of job-related experience required
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a large organization handling large volume of filing desirable including Supervisory experience with good exposure to systems / computers skills.
- Experience to operate and communicate effectively while under pressure is essential, as well as handling most sensitive and confidential employee information.
Preferred
- Has supported eDocs & Kofax users.
