**Job description**

To ensure success, HR Cum Payroll Accountant should display strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a deep understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, accounts and payroll.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
- Maintain both hard and digital updated copies of current and new employees' records.
- Assist with performance management procedures.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain agendas.
- Coordinate training sessions and seminars.
- Coordinate with HR and Admin dept. of other country branches.
- Prepare all employee request letters, NOCS, certificates, etc.
- Assist with payroll and ad hoc HR projects.
- Support other assigned functions.
- Coordinate with the PRO regarding government related registrations and licenses for the company, employees, vehicles, equipment, etc.
- Documentation of records for company assets such as vehicles, electronics, accommodation, insurance, etc.

Payroll Processing
- Maintain and manage Compensation and Benefits and the employee accrual balances & initiate the annual accrual payments (tickets/ leaves etc.) as per the policy and procedures
- Finalize all pending transactions and generate the salary master file **Generate & review monthly payroll files and send it to finance department (Bank statements - standing instructions file**:

- Entered the payroll entries in oracle ERP MODULE
- Preparation of leave settlement as well as end of service settlement.
- Preparation of Provision of end of service as well as leave salary.

General payments & Administration activity
- Maintain Records of Monthly yearly renewals of Rent as per agreement
- Bank account creation and update for WPS process with required contacts & documentation

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related (essential).
- 2 years of experience as an HR as well as Finance Department or related (essential).
- Exposure to Qatar Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Effective HR administration and people management skills.
- Exposure to payroll practices.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- ERP knowledge is essential.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
